Referring Physicians

Thank you for referring your patient with myeloma or other plasma cell disorder to the Weill Cornell Myeloma Center. We are happy to provide services in the following areas:

1. New patient referrals

   To refer a patient, please complete this online referral form or call our office at (646) 962-6500

2. Second opinions

   We would be happy to work closely with you to provide up to date care advice for the care of your patients with myeloma. We can communicate with you via email or phone.

3. Stem cell transplant

   We will provide full stem cell collection and transplantation to your patients with myeloma. Once the transplant procedure and recovery has been completed, (usually 3 months), the patient will be referred back to your continuing care.

4. Rare plasma cell disorders

   We are a center for amyloidosis (primary or secondary), POEMS, light or heavy chain deposition disease, cryoglobulinemia, and other plasma cell-related disorders as well. We can serve as your resource for management of these often complex cases.

When referring a new patient you will be put into contact with an attending physician at the myeloma center who can discuss the case in detail with you.
